Shipping Information

Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. 
Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping promotions qualify for free ground shipping. Free shipping promotions apply only to the first delivery address per order. Order must contain enough qualifying merchandise to reach the threshold the promotion outlines. Qualifying order threshold excludes shipping and taxes and is after promotional discounts are applied. Dalton Cosmetics reserves the right to change or discontinue promotions at any time.
Freight Surcharges
Heavy or oversized items may be subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges listed above. Any applicable freight surcharge will be displayed in parentheses after the item name.
How We Calculate Sales Tax
Dalton Cosmetics is required to collect applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence. Taxes apply to most merchandise, but some states exclude certain items, like food products. Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state. Your final order will include the appropriate state and local taxes. 


Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders (from ship date indicated on the Return Section Invoice). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Dalton Cosmetics for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees). Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Dalton Cosmetics unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
  • Please contact us at 267.392.5605 for additional information necessary to return order and to process credit.
  • Complete the Return Section located at the bottom front of the invoice. Please indicate in the Return Section, the Reason Code as instructed by our Customer Care Team. Keep the top section of the invoice for your records.
  • When packaging the items, please do so in the original packaging and enclose the completed Return Section. To insure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please have the return package postmarked within 30 days from the Ship Date as indicated on the Return Section in the front the original invoice.
  • Upon receipt of the retuned products please allow up to 45 days to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, complete the Return/Exchange form located on your invoice, and enclose it with your return. Insure the package and ship via the carrier of your choice to: Dalton Cosmetics Returns 3 North Bacton Hill Road (REAR) Frazer PA 19355
Important Note: Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us unless there was a shipping error or product damage so please place your orders thoughtfully.
Shipping Errors and Damages
Please call us right away at 267.392.5605 or email us if order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
